It all started with making egg carton Easter
chicks in Brownies. Suddenly everything I saw was a potential
masterpiece. A little paint, a little glitter and Tada! Art! I've
left the egg cartons behind (sigh) but I stuck with my interest in
making art.
I have been working with glass for about
ten years. I originally took a bead making class to learn how to
make interesting embellishments for my fused pieces. What can I say;
I fell in love. Watching a bead take shape in the flame is absorbing
and deeply satisfying. I am still in love with bead making and see
no end in sight.
