Art has
been a part of Ruth's life since high school.
Through the years she has become accomplished in
English style cake decorating, Air Brush painting,
Lapidary and Intarsia work and Wire working. In 2000
she was introduced to Silver Metal Clay. That
introduction became a love affair that lead to being
appointed the Senior Instructor for PMC Connection
for the Northwest USA in 2004. Ruth has taught
across the Northwest, PMC Convention in
Purdue, Indiana and PMC Connection retreat in
Dallas, Texas and Naples, Italy.
She has been published
in several magazine adds and won a third place award
in an international PMC contest. A piece of her
work will be in a new table top book by Mary Ann
Devos being released at the Glass Expo in Las Vegas
in April 2008.
